How do I add items to inventory?
In the 'Inventory' section, click 'Add item' and enter the name, quantity, purchase price, supplier, and other parameters. The system will automatically calculate service costs.
How do I set up automatic materials write-off?
When creating a service, specify which materials are used and in what quantities. When the service is provided, the system will automatically deduct the required amount from inventory.
Can I set minimum stock levels?
Yes, you can set a minimum stock level for each item. When the quantity reaches that level, the system will send a replenishment notification.
How do I track expiration dates?
When adding an item, enter its expiration date. The system will automatically track items nearing expiration and notify you in advance.
Can I export inventory reports?
Yes, detailed reports are available for item movements, balances, write-offs, and purchases. All reports can be exported to Excel or PDF for accounting.
