Cancellation Policy for Zest & Glow Cleaning Over 12 hours in advance - No charge. Less than 12 hours in advance - 50% cancellation fee. No-shows: Charged the full service cost. Refunds - Prepaid service refunds (following cancellation terms) are processed within 1-3 business days. Emergency Situations - For emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist. Recurring Appointments - Cancellations for recurring services require 48-hour notice. Multiple late cancellations or no-shows may lead to service termination. We value your cooperation, as this policy helps us ensure reliable service for all.
Scope of Services We provide cleaning for residential, commercial, vacation, and rental properties. Services are tailored per package; additional charges may apply for special requests. Bookings & Payments Bookings must be made in advance, with payments due at booking. Rates may change with notice.
